Through LifeWorks, you have access to a range of services, including helpful resources across a wealth of online content and tools and a toll-free phone number. LifeWorks is available 24 hours a day and is provided at no cost to you.

People Connect

We're pleased to introduce People Connect, a new addition to your RSGC group benefits. This comprehensive mental health resource is available to you and your eligible family members, offering convenient, confidential support when you need it.

    A mental health knowledge forum and full library, including videos and podcasts.

  • Self-Assessment Tool

    Proprietary mental health assessment based on the diagnostic criteria used by psychiatrists.

  • Video Therapy Sessions

    Affordable access to mental health care and treatment, booked in real-time with a therapist of choice.  Your first session is free, the number of subsequent consultations covered by your group benefit health plan will depend on your coverage level (i.e. bronze, silver or gold).

  • How to Register and Get Started

    Visit pcpeopleconnect.com/signup, and click “Get Started”. Complete the registration information and create your own password.  Under the Company/Union field, start typing, RSGC, or, Royal St. George's College and the school's name will auto populate for you to select.  Under the Status field, please designate that you are an Employee/Member.

  • Access for Family Members

    If your family member / dependent would benefit from the mental health resources and services, they can create their own profile by registering on People Connect here: https://pcpeopleconnect.com/. Have them type our company name and select from the drop down list and select spouse or dependent in the status drop down.
